CHANGING THE WORKFORCE: ONE CAREER AT A TIME
People are not statistics. Each person who is unemployed or underemployed is an individual who wants to make a contribution to society. Every job candidate is only seeking one job. It is possible to match that individual’s talent and skills or to develop that person’s capability so they can contribute to the workforce.
Job-IQ is about making a difference: for that one employee and for the employer who will benefit from that individual’s unique contributions.
We shape programs that influence attitudes and behavior change among business leaders, educators, students, employers donors, media gatekeepers, and communities. We offer career development and workforce training workshops, leading strategic planning and branding and communication programs that focus on creating a career ready work force.
